What is NEET?
NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is India's single, standardized entrance test for admission to MBBS, BDS, and other undergraduate medical courses across medical colleges in India. It is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) once a year. NEET is the only medical entrance exam for students aspiring to join government and private medical colleges in India.
In 2025, NEET is expected to be conducted in May. The exam tests candidates on three core subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology).
